An Arizona man allegedly orchestrated a plan to have a creep sexually assault his fianc\u00e9e at their home \u2014 before the fearless mother of two fought off her attacker in the driveway.<\/p>\n

Zarian Dyer, 23, was arrested Thursday after investigators alleged he recruited 20-year-old Adrian Ayala to assault his fianc\u00e9e, according to the Buckeye Police Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ayala carried out the attack when he showed up at Dyer\u2019s fianc\u00e9e\u2019s home in Buckeye \u2014 about 30 miles outside Phoenix \u2014 around 6 p.m. on Oct. 16 when she was home with her two children, police said. <\/p>\n

The woman told police she caught a \u201crandom man\u201d poking his head through her front door just minutes after her fianc\u00e9 left to pick up groceries, according to court records obtained by the Merced Sun-Star<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Her 2-month-old son was asleep in a bedroom, and her 17-month-old daughter was standing behind her when she confronted Ayala, who allegedly asked to use her bathroom.<\/p>\n

Ayala allegedly kicked their front door open and forced his way inside the home, where he \u201cbegan to choke her by grabbing her by the neck,\u201d she told investigators.<\/p>\n

The struggle continued into the bathroom, where Ayala locked himself in with the woman and \u201cbegan trying to undo the button on the victim\u2019s pants but was unable to\u201d before groping her, the Merced Sun-Star reported, citing court records.<\/p>\n

She eventually managed to pull her attacker outside the home and into the front yard. <\/p>\n

Home security footage obtained by AZ Family<\/a> shows the victim struggling to fight off her attacker in the driveway \u2014 pushing him away, slapping him in the face and shouting at him as he leaned his weight into her.<\/p>\n

As she fought him off, Ayala allegedly told her: \u201cYour boyfriend told me you\u2019d be into this,\u201d according to the records.<\/p>\n

The woman chased Ayala down the street while he fled the scene before police arrived.<\/p>\n

The alleged sicko was nabbed the following day at his Goodyear home, about 15 miles away, after which investigators made the horrifying discovery that the attack had allegedly been masterminded by the victim\u2019s fianc\u00e9, police said.<\/p>\n

Ayala claimed he went to the victim\u2019s home after meeting Dyer online and entering into an agreement with him to sexually assault his unknowing fianc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Detectives seized Ayala\u2019s electronic devices and uncovered communications between him and Dyer about the planned attack.<\/p>\n

Dyer was charged with aggravated assault, sexual abuse, attempted sexual assault, kidnapping and conspiracy.<\/p>\n

Ayala was charged with kidnapping, sexual abuse, burglary and aggravated assault, according to court records obtained by the Merced Sun-Star.<\/p>\n

He made his first court appearance Oct. 18.<\/p>\n

Ayala\u2019s attorney told the judge his client had been brought to the home by the victim\u2019s boyfriend for a \u201crole-play scenario,\u201d arguing he had no intent to commit a felony and believed he had the woman\u2019s consent, the Merced Sun-Star reported.<\/p>\n

Ayala\u2019s trial date has been set for April 1, 2027, records show<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not known when Dyer is due to appear in court.<\/p>\n
