A suspected drunk driver plowed into six people — including three children — during a Halloween event outside a Brooklyn NYPD precinct, cops and sources said.
The 56-year-old motorist lost control of his black sedan around 4 p.m. and mounted the curb — hitting the victims at the “Trunk or Treat” event outside the 83rd Precinct stationhouse on Knickerbocker Avenue near Bleecker Street in Bushwick, police said.
He also struck a private ambulance stationed outside for the event, authorities said.

A 31-year-old woman and her two daughters, 6 and 11, were taken to Bellevue Hospital; an 8-year-old boy and 74-year-old woman were rushed to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center; and a 53-year-old woman was brought to the Elmhurst Hospital Center, according to the NYPD.
All six were listed in stable condition, cops said.
“A little girl, her arm is peeled off, literally,” said one mother who attended the event with her 9-year-old daughter. “The lady injured her leg, and then one of the ladies, the back of her head was injured, and she has a hole in the back of her head.”
“The impact was rough, like hard, like it pushed,” added the mom, who described the ordeal as “traumatizing,” especially for the kids who saw it.
“We thought it was a shooting. That’s how bad it was. Everyone started running because we thought it was a shooting.”
Another mother, Caira Lewis, said she had to move her daughter out of the path of the wreck.
“I’m shaking right now. I can’t breathe,” she said, while holding her daughter in her arms. “I want to go home. Like it was horrible because I had to throw my baby behind me. It was a lot going on. I know the kids were scared.”
Still, she said her daughter seemed unfazed in the aftermath and “only cares about the candy right now.”

“But it was a lot of blood out here today, and I don’t want to see that,” Lewis added.
The driver was taken into police custody, where he is undergoing an alcohol breathalyzer test, sources said.
His passenger, a 46-year-old woman, was also taken into custody, according to the sources.
There was no indication that the driver intentionally targeted the police officers or children, and the incident was not terror-related, according to the sources.
